Our team has finally arrived after a 25 hour drive to Irvine, California, for Robosub 2024. We are completing the final preparations for testing and qualification. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce our partnership with Cellula Robotics Ltd. Thanks to their generous support, they have let us borrow the Nortek DVL 1000 1MHz for our competition. This piece of technology is instrumental for our AUV’s navigation and precision. It enhances our team’s capabilities and provides invaluable learning experiences for our students. We are grateful for this partnership and excited to showcase what we can achieve together! Thankful to Eric Jackson for all the help and support provided from Cellula.

RoboSub 2024 has begun! Over the last couple days, ARVP's small driving crew journeyed across Midwestern America to deliver Arctos and our equipment all the way from Edmonton, Alberta to Irvine, California. The rest of the team made a three-leg journey on flights down to the States to meet them. Since arriving, we've been updating our vision models, refining our torpedo mission, and generally preparing for our semi-final runs. We hope you follow along the rest of our journey!
