Laurence Gartel has been hard at work creating with his Robotic Art Suite! He's already created 2 collections with 24 paintings and counting! Since there's so much that goes on behind the scenes, we decided to interview him about his creation process. Some of these paintings were painted 3 times in multiple layers, with 30+ painting hours and 3 different pallets for each layer. As a digital artist for over 50 years, Laurence talks about how he customizes his art for Robohood's software, and carefully commands the painting robot to carry out his artistic visions. Over the weekend, Laurence Gartel unveiled his stunning Robohood x Gartel Mercedes at Super Car Week Palm Beach, leaving thousands in awe! This incredible art car, fully covered in Laurence’s vibrant digital art and one-of-a-kind robotic paintings created with our innovative software, was an absolute showstopper! Laurence not only revealed this masterpiece but also brought the Robohood painting robot to the closing reception, where he live-painted his digital creations, including an F1 car, in front of an excited crowd. Thousands of attendees admired some of the most beautiful cars of all time, alongside Laurence’s newest works made with our software, including the “School Bus,” “New Orleans,” “Race Car,” and “Mad Hatter.” We can't wait to see what Laurence does next!
