Multifamily Sale Transaction of the Year went to Tim McKay, Justin Wilson, Brandon Lamb, Ted Prince, and Ben McKay for successfully closing the 408,768 SF sale of The Erica, a complex deal involving a low-leverage loan assumption. Earth-centered materials like natural marble, exposed metals, and smoky glass evoke warmth and authenticity. The restaurant’s entry was reimagined, and strategic space planning divided the main dining area to create a more personal dining experience. Enhancements include new steel doors for flexible use of the bar area and a private dining room illuminated by striking orb lights, offering a seamless blend of functionality and elegance.
