We're hosting a variety of sessions at next week's Lean Construction Institute (US) Congress from Oct. 22-25 in San Diego, California, and we hope you'll join us! To kick off the week, our team of speakers will take a deep dive into the value of Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS), demonstrating how to keep CoS at the forefront of the decision-making process throughout a project. In our second session, our team will provide insight into how they infused innovation into traditional Takt planning to create an optimal project flow, improving speed to market with minimal labor. We'll close out the week by hosting an interactive session showing tangible ways to engage your workforce to become the advocates you need to transform your organization. Also, be sure to catch us our official Happy Hour event at 7 p.m. Oct. 23. We're looking forward to an exciting event! bit.ly/3Xte6hr

?? Reflecting on an Inspiring Evening at the Wishmakers Ball! ?? Wishmakers Ball is not just an event, but a heartfelt gathering that brought our community together in the most meaningful way. We were delighted to see so many from various industries come together to support a cause close to all our hearts—granting life-changing wishes to critically ill children. A special thank you to Katy Klaproth from Robins & Morton for sharing how deeply the stories of wish recipients touched everyone present. Your words remind us of the profound impact these experiences have on children and their families, as well as on everyone involved. At Make-A-Wish, we believe in building community and empowering lives. This event was a testament to that belief, thanks to the passion and dedication of partners like Robins & Morton. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making the night unforgettable. Your support fuels our mission and helps us bring hope and joy to more incredible children.

It’s #ConstructionInclusionWeek, a time to focus on how we can help everyone feel welcome in our industry. In addition to providing regular networking opportunities and teambuilding activities at our locations across the country, we also have three community networks to build connectedness among our team members, contributing to the mission of Construction Inclusion Week year-round. Our Women’s Network, Veterans Network, and NextGen Young Professionals Network continue to grow and provide our team members with valuable professional development and mentorship. Each of these community networks creates unique connections between our team members, even if they’re hundreds of miles apart. Their contribution to our company culture and their support for each of our team members ensures that Robins & Morton is a welcome environment for all to succeed — both personally and professionally. #CareersInConstructionMonth
