We specialize in nationwide retained searches for: ? Director level and above roles for Fortune 500 companies ? VP and C-Level roles for public, private or family-owned, mid-market organizations ? Technology We pride ourselves on being a “high touch” firm. Our partners are closely involved in all aspects of the search process. While we are structured like many of the nation search firms with associates supporting the partners, it is the partner who has primary responsibility for executing the search. We do not “hand off” search responsibilities to an associate after we have earned the engagement. Our firm conducts approximately 60 searches annually, with each partner typically handling about 3-4 searches at any given time.
