Exciting Times at R&O! ??? We’re happy to share that we recently celebrated a major milestone for our biggest project to date, Terminal One, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony! ?? This event highlights the hard work and huge success of our amazing team, subcontractors, and partners. Terminal One will transform the Vancouver skyline with its impressive twin towers, covering 713,000 sq. ft. and featuring modern amenities, lively shops, and beautiful outdoor spaces. "The Launch" is an incredible feature including six levels of outdoor patio seating, lush landscaping, and stunning design elements that promise to create unforgettable experiences. We’re also excited to open the five-story parking garages, which will have 1,210 parking spots available, with 942 open to the public. Exciting Project Update from R&O! ?? We’re thrilled to share progress on one of our latest projects: the brand new WoodSpring Suites extended stay hotel in Beaverton, OR. This hotel is coming along great, and we’re proud of our team’s progress. This WoodSpring Suites is a four-story, 47,500-square-foot, slab-on-grade, wood-framed structure, and will feature 122 modern suites, each equipped with a two-burner cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, sinks, and cupboards. Additionally, the hotel will include a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. We’re looking forward to seeing this extended-stay hotel come to life, offering exceptional comfort and convenience to its future guests. We are on track for completion by December 27, 2024. We are pleased to announce that the Block 7 Parking Garage at the Vancouver Waterfront is now officially OPEN to the public! ?? After 14 months of hard work, dedication, and collaboration, we’re thrilled to see this project finally come to life. Block 7 features 8 floors with a total of 831 parking stalls. The garage is fully ADA accessible and includes 9 EV charging stations with future accommodation for up to 82 stalls. We've used approximately 10,287 yards of concrete, equivalent to about 1,143 truckloads, and completed 21 elevated deck pours. The facility also boasts 3 elevators, an enhanced lighting package, and an extensive security system. A sophisticated car parking and counting system is installed as well to ensure smooth operation.
