Robert Patrick Memorial Foundation

The Robert Patrick Memorial Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit was established in 2021 to commemorate the legacy of former Louisiana State Master Trooper Robert Ryan Patrick by meeting the equipment needs of West Carroll Parish law enforcement officers (LEOs) in an effort to do their job effectively and to keep them and the public they serve safe. Our goal is to eradicate all avenues of underfunded law enforcement agencies and underpaid LEOs from having to pay out of pocket for their most basic needs.
