Meet Rob: Entrepreneur, Father, Wedding DJ, Event Lighting Expert, Rocket Scientist. Rob Alberti is all of these and more. Rob had a passion for music and lighting all his life. He was always the guy behind the scenes at events, making sure all the details were taken care of. Creating that custom music soundtrack to your wedding day or creating the “wow factor” custom lighting installation for your event is what drives him to work so hard for his clients. After leaving the aerospace industry and pursuing event lighting and wedding DJing full time – It’s his attention to detail, event flow and helping our couples take their ideas to fruition that made Rob Alberti’s DJ the most requested wedding DJ and wedding lighting designer in the area. His usual stomping grounds are The Berkshires, Western MA, Hartford, CT Shoreline, Newport RI, and Hudson Valley NY area weddings. Meet Pat: Entrepreneur, Wedding DJ, Event Production Expert, Dog Dad, Cyclist, Drummer. Pat has been working with Rob for 15+ years, working his way up the ladder from young protege to business partner and, as of 2025, owner. After college, while still DJing on the weekends, Pat spent several years working in the IT and Cybersecurity spaces. In 2021, he left the industry to dive into weddings and events full-time. He continued honing his DJ skills while working with Rob to learn the ins and outs of the business to prepare to take over operations in 2025. Pat lives in Lebanon CT, with his wife Ashley and their Husky pup Bear. Though his stomping grounds mirror Rob’s DJing weddings in The Berkshires, Western MA, Hartford, The CT Shoreline, Newport RI, and Hudson Valley NY. Sara + Matt got married in a local church and held their cocktail hour and ceremony at The Boylston Rooms in Easthampton MA. With over 150 guests, we had quite the crowd! Cocktails were held inside in the separate banquet room with a small sound system and then our main system was set up in the main ballroom. Meet Mike: Mike’s form morphs from event to event. He might be climbing a ladder one day installing string lights in a tent in the Berkshires, next he’s running sound for a wedding ceremony on the CT Shoreline or DJing a school dance in Boston. Meg and Chris had their Ceremony and Reception at the beautiful Audrey’s Farmhouse & Greenhouses located in Wallkill NY. Their ceremony was filled with music performed by their friends and family on the patio on a gorgeous August day. After the ceremony, the guests made their way to the lawn for cocktails and mingling before heading inside for dinner and dancing. After dinner, Meg and Chris shared their first dance to If It Only Lasts a Moment, from Hello Dolly, performed by a choir of their friends and family. They danced the night away to their favorite hits from the 70’s/80’s and ’90s!
