We are a modernized campground that focuses on hospitality, elevated amenities, and beautiful design. We offer traditional camp sites, RV hookups, as well as on-site glamping cabins. All this, to invite brand new campers to the outdoors and enhance the experience for seasoned nature-lovers.

    I probably don't post as much as I should on here about Roamstead, but we're quickly approaching our first birthday, and what a year it's been. We've had a lot of really interesting folks come through over the last year, and I've had some very memorable conversations with our guests about why we're doing this. Recently, we had the privilege of hosting Colin + Meg, and they put together a really amazing video about their stay. Honestly, it made me a little emotional, becuase when we started this journey, we didn't know if we were "crazy" (we probably are) or if people would even understand or connect with our vision.     Connolly Development Ventures is looking for some help on the acquisition side of our business, with a particular focus on growing the Roamstead campground venture. We’re looking for a real estate “bird dog” that has skills in cold calling and scouring tax records, websites, and social media to make contact for off-market acquisition opportunities. Roamstead looks to expand through the acquisition and repositioning of existing campgrounds or ground up developments where utilities and entitlements are conducive. We are extremely selective in our growth markets, targeting major outdoor destinations and National Park border towns. We are open to various compensation structures for the right person to assist us with task, ultimately tied to a successful acquisition.
