I've stayed in over 60 vacation rentals these past few years but my stays at Roami properties consistently impress me. Here's why... ?? Their branding strategy is one of the most impressive I've seen in the industry.?From hip lighting features in the lobby to quirky no-smoking magnets on the fridge, Roami's branding game is next-level.?It's quite literally impossible to check out of a Roami property without knowing who they are. I'd love to see the data on this but I'd bet their repeat business is at least twice as strong as the industry standard. ?? Speaking of the no smoking sign, it was done in such an informative yet playful way.?You'd be shocked by some of the wild house rules I've read from other hosts who have clearly been burned. Many house rules can come across as insinuating that guests are guilty until proven innocent; and who wants to start a vacation that way??Managing properties in party hotspots like Miami and New Orleans, the Roami team has seen it all, but they never let past guest antics ruin the vibe for the next traveler. ?? They humanize their staff.?I was blown away by the bio of the housekeeper who cleaned our unit! It's all about maintaining that personal touch that leads to better reviews, more respect for the property, and even tips! ?? The Key code is a number the traveler will easily remember (... for security reasons I won't share the precise logic but their approach does make check in that much easier).?Plus, they've got a virtual concierge, high end amenities, eco-friendly (and totally luxe) toiletries, killer local recommendations, and decor that screams local charm without veering into kitsch territory.
