    When we were building the growth marketing engine at Webflow and Notion, I started every morning digging through dashboards trying to understand what was working so we could get ahead of growth opportunities. Last year, we launched Roadway to simplify building and maintaining end-to-end attribution for growth marketing teams. We focused on traffic sources, channels, and campaigns mapped to growth loops, platforms, and levers (rather than assets or teams), so you can understand whats working at every level and actually control your revenue growth. It turns out, the key to leveraging AI to automate growth marketing is end-to-end attribution built correctly across all your metrics ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉ So we built the first AI Growth Marketing Coworker ?? (playground link at the bottom) It does exactly what my team and I did every morning: - Proactively analyzes growth metrics for trends and causes within the growth channels and campaigns you control. - Digs deeper into breakdowns like company size, use-case, persona and more to find relevant contributors within those causes. - Maps that insight to an opportunity to optimize or scale. It’s built to make all growth marketers better, help them move faster, and do more with less. It automates the necessary but time consuming analysis we?should?be doing daily and provides an opportunity report for your growth channels and campaigns. We wanted to give you a chance to try it so we put a very small amount of time into building a little playground.     A lot of companies look to performance marketing as a silver bullet, but it takes time to build up a profitable paid marketing portfolio. Timothy Davis is right - nailing measurement is the hardest part - but beyond that, it takes the focus of someone who is relentlessly curious about the right metrics to build and scale a quality paid marketing loop (whether that’s performance marketing, affiliates, influencers or otherwise). Focus on the metrics that make up your business growth formula (which Lenny and Dan wrote a great post about—linked below) and attributing customers through the full-funnel. There are no shortcuts to building a profitable portfolio of growth channels at scale.
