? Grateful and Reflective ? As Thanksgiving approaches, I can’t help but feel deeply thankful for the place I’ve found here at R&T Deposit Solutions. This week, I received a thoughtful Thanksgiving box from the team, filled with small but meaningful tokens of appreciation. It’s just one of the many ways R&T demonstrates how much it values its employees—and it truly means so much! Making the leap to join R&T wasn’t a decision I made lightly. The team I had at Rosco was incredible, and leaving them was no easy choice. I will always appreciate my three years at Rosco Vision, which helped shape me into a better marketing professional and fostered a work family I’ll forever value. But when the opportunity to join R&T came my way, I knew it was the right next step.
