MEMBER SPOTLIGHT Christyn Rittenhouse is the owner of Smooth Skin & Body (esthetics) with 25 years of experience and Smooth Living as a certified life coach since 2003. Her esthetics practice focuses on relaxation and energy-based facials & body treatments, as well as waxing. Specializing in unique services (such as her Hot Stone Signature Facial, Elevation Facial, Sound Retreat, and Body Zen). In combination with her esthetics knowledge, she uses 20 years of background where she worked previously as massage therapist/instructor to create luxurious and deeply rejuvenating experiences. Her life coaching practice has three branches – 1:1 coaching focusing on values, visioning and articulating your dreams, authenticity, self-acceptance and authority, while also managing the inner critic for a more intentional, fulfilling life. She has over 15 years of experience partnering successfully with non-profit organizations, chambers, visitors’ bureaus, and businesses to increase profits and create stronger relationships. Prior to joining the Belvidere Area Chamber, Amy was employed with Growth Dimensions. The two organizations have worked together to bring new businesses to Belvidere and offer additional services to our current businesses. The Vision she has for the Chamber of Commerce and the community is to continue with the successful events and services already offered while strategically developing and implementing long-term partnerships to ensure Boone County is THE place to be for businesses and residents. Beginning in October - NEW Luncheon Location Starting this October a our new location will be held at Rockford University @ the Burpee Center!
