The sales conversation is everything.

关于我们

May the best-trained sales team win. When sellers aren’t having consistent customer conversations, predictable revenue growth is elusive. Conversations take practice. RNMKRS game-based generative AI roleplays prepare your sellers to have high-quality sales conversations. The results: - Better sales economics. - Higher win rates: quality two-way conversations lead to more sales wins. - Increased sales productivity: strong diagnostic conversations with customers lead to more consistent outcomes. - Bigger deals: sellers who listen well while also exploring new areas of need achieve higher average deal sizes. - Shorter sales cycles: discovering and understanding need drives tighter alignment between buyer and seller. How does it work? You know your customers, their mindset, fears, aspirations, motivations. If only your reps could carry that knowledge with them into each customer conversation. You design your role play to reflect the specific sales conversation you know will win business. Our AI technology brings it to life. Generative AI orchestrates your customer characters to behave realistically and communicate like your toughest customers, so trainees can have authentic, dynamic sales conversations. About Us RNMKRS is different. We bring AI engineering, game technology and a deep understanding of sales and how adults learn in combination to meet the challenge of scaling custom role play practice.

I’ve always wanted to hold a giant check...This past semester, I got not one but TWO! ?? ?????? ??% (???????? ?????? ???? ??,??????+, #?? ???? ????)?– RNMKRS Roleplay Sales Competition ?? ?????? ?????????? – Fall 24 State Farm Lerner Sales Competition I had the incredible opportunity to participate in two sales competitions as part of my?Introduction to Personal Selling?class. ? RNMKRS ????????-???????? ??????????????????????: Out of 2,000+ participants from 50 universities, I ranked?20th nationwide (Top 1%)! This 15-minute B2B sales role-play involved selling Dell Technologies notebooks to "Alex," the IT Director of Sunflower Police Department. I analyzed a case study, developed a strategy, and navigated the sales cycle in real-time with an AI customer bot. This was a fantastic learning experience. ? ?????????? ???????? ???????????? ?????????? ??????????????????????: I placed?2nd overall?after progressing through three challenging rounds: - ?????????? ??: Competing alongside 89 students, selling auto insurance to a potential client. - ?????????????????? ??????????: Advancing to the top 20 students, selling life insurance and securing a third appointment. - ?????????? ??????????: Reaching the top 5, collaborating with a “client couple” to address their needs, overcome objections, and finalize a life insurance policy. These experiences were both challenging and rewarding, teaching me the importance of building rapport, adapting strategies, and delivering value-driven solutions. A heartfelt thank you to my Megan Koll,?Suresh Sundaram,?Ted Foltyn, Stefanie Boyer, PhD??, and all the judges, sponsors, and volunteers who made these competitions possible. Your guidance and support have been invaluable! A special thank you to my family for their unwavering support and encouragement! Thanks always to University of Delaware, Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware, and Horn Entrepreneurship Official. Finally, congratulations to all my peers who competed!

90% of sales should be really boring. Says Brian Sedra, CRO of Phusion Projects, in this second clip from my fantastic conversation with him on The Cringe.? It’s a quotable insight.? After all, if you’re doing it well, you’re following a solid process.? Over and over again.? And, by the way, your customers likely love it. Have a listen to this entire episode if you’ve ever wondered how winning companies sell in the hyper-competitive beverage industry.? . . . trust me, you won’t look at the next beverage you open in the same way again.? "The dual needs of attracting and keeping highly engaged and high-performing #sales professionals are more intertwined than ever, requiring CSOs and HR leaders to establish a selling #culture that adapts to ever-changing buyers, offerings, motions, and societal norms." I'm proud of the journey Katy Tynan and I traveled to publish this (gated) piece of research. Thanks to Deb Casey, Dave Lichtman, Stefanie Boyer, PhD??, Phil Putnam, and Eric Steele for their wise input regarding how #revenueenablement leaders can help link culture optimization and revenue outcomes. https://lnkd.in/ehQKmWtA

So you think your industry is competitive? I thought mine was. Then I caught up with Brian Sedra, CRO at Phusion Projects, in the latest episode of The Cringe. And my eyes were opened to what it’s like to compete in the beverage industry. It’s one that we’re all familiar with as consumers.? But did you know how your favorite product got on the shelf, and what it really takes to win in that industry? I didn’t.? But I know Phusion Projects is growing like crazy and winning in an industry full of enormous companies, so I thought Brian would have perspective. He did. I was particularly interested in the conversation that Brian’s sales teams have with their customers. This clip highlights some of what I learned: → Leading with insight - unique and valuable insight - is a powerful way to start a sales conversation and separate yourself from the competition.? → Adding value as a salesperson is talked about so often, but I’d argue that it’s rarely understood - or executed. Brian really brought this - and so much more - into focus.? His examples were great. Have a listen.? Do it before you crack open your next favorite beverage :-) Because I’m pretty sure that you’ll gain new appreciation for what it took to get that can or bottle on the shelf.? In all likelihood, there was a good salesperson behind it. Have a listen and comment below! As always, links to the full podcast in the comments. #rnmkrs #salesconversations

What good are your ideas about effective sales conversations, if you don’t enable your sales team to put those ideas into practice? Short answer: not much. Pro tip: check out what my recent guests on The Cringe have to say. . . In this second clip from the latest episode of The Cringe, return guest Stephen Timme brought some big ideas about customer-centric sales conversations, and Sheevaun Thatcher, recipient of the Sales Enablement Lifetime Achievement Award, spoke definitively about how to enable sales teams to have them. Here are Sheevaun’s four pillars of true sales enablement: Did everyone get the memo? Meaning, does everybody understand the go-to-market, and has that GTM been shared throughout the organization? Everybody needs to understand why the company exists and why customers buy from them.?Start here. Is all the content - things like conversations guides, website, sales content - aligned with the GTM? Can all sellers get what they need to support their conversations, at the right time, and be ensured that all the materials are consistent? Tribal knowledge.?Are you tracking what is working and what's not based on feedback from the sales team? In particular, everybody wants to talk about where you win – but much of the most valuable knowledge is contained in the loss reports.?So use them. . . .and great sales conversations require great practice. #rnmkrs Check out my full conversation with Sheevaun Thatcher, CPC and Dr. Stephen Timme, PhD Finance on The Cringe - a podcast about the sales conversation.?Link in comments.

I had a blast speaking with Sheevaun Thatcher, CPC and Dr. Stephen Timme, PhD Finance a return guest!) on The Cringe.? They recently co-authored an e-book together, Seven Steps to Building a Customer-First Revenue Organization. In this clip, Sheevaun, who is a recipient of the Sales Enablement Lifetime Achievement Award from Selling Power, talks about what it really means to be customer-centric in your sales conversations and sales process. She puts it as well-said as I’ve heard it stated. Have a listen and comment below! As always, links to the full podcast in the comments.
