Good morning and happy Monday! Congratulations to Lynn N., one of our amazing schedulers and a long-time employee of RN Services! She is our March 2025 recipient of the?Recognizing Noteworthy Staff?award. Lynn needs no formal introduction—whether or not you are assigned to one of her clients, you surely know her from her many years with RNS and all that she does for the company. Our definition of?KUDOS: K- kind U- understanding? D- detailed O- optimistic? S- sincere All these words paint a perfect picture of Lynn's personality! It's such a pleasure to collaborate with her daily and her "eagle eyes" helps the Scheduling Team spot options in the challenging puzzle of coordinating Caregiver and Client needs. She juggles important communication with additional care management, which is an important part of our scheduling processes. She even works shifts with a unique client who relies on her company to stay safe and healthy. She has made such an important impact and contribution to her client's life. Lynn accepts new challenges with a "can-do" attitude and brings calm and peace in stressful?situations. She?is one of the most caring, compassionate, generous people we have! She always has a smile on her face and is ready to help out no matter what the project. She?is always so willing to help out with extra office tasks and always offers an ear to listen to anything you need to get off your chest. We're so grateful for her presence at RN Services and?KUDOS?aren't enough to express the full appreciation she deserves. We look forward to many more years to come with you, Lynn! Each month, we highlight a staff member who goes above and beyond, and this month, that person is Joey! ?? From day one, Joey has stepped up with an incredible willingness to help, providing outstanding care to clients with confidence and compassion. The feedback after just one shift with each client has been nothing but positive—they feel comfortable, secure, and well taken care of. ?? Our Schedulers also appreciate Joey’s quick responses to texts, emails, and calls, making their jobs much easier! And if that wasn’t enough, Joey even volunteered to help transport staff during inclement weather—before his first shift was even scheduled! ?? ?? For over four years, Michelle has been an incredible Caregiver and team member—dependable, skilled, trustworthy, and always going the extra mile. She brings peace of mind to every client she cares for, and we’d all be lucky to have her caring for our own loved ones. Michelle is not only a hard worker but also a team player, always stepping up when extra help is needed—even on her days off! Our Schedulers call her a "stealth force" because of her willingness to jump in, especially during challenging times like our recent inclement weather. We are so grateful to have Michelle on our team and hope she enjoys the special Goodie Bag as a token of our appreciation! Let’s all give Michelle a big round of applause! ??
