关于我们

In February of 2019, I formed my own eCommerce consulting firm, after spending the last 20 years as a technology entrepreneur and operator exclusively in the eCommerce industry with companies like ChannelAdvisor, Barnes & Noble.com, Merchantry, and Pitney Bowes. In addition to my expertise, I have a vast network of industry experts and talent across marketing, business development and solutions providers to add bench strength to larger projects and initiatives. My practice areas are centered around supporting CEOs of B2B software and services companies, and investors and management teams incubating and growing direct-to-consumer businesses.

Why Many Brands Struggle With Profitable Growth Despite Selling on Many Channels Many will explain you need to be in every channel for success.?WRONG.?Insufficient.?You need to do much better than this to survive today. Intrigued??We have an exclusive report for you to download below. In 2024, simply adding a new channel quickly is practically useless (albeit necessary) if cannot also achieve the following simultaneously: * Maintain premium service levels. * Maintain a low cost to serve. * Maintain near-perfect inventory accuracy. * All from a single pool of inventory. In essence, all of this combined represents your brand's commitment to your consumer.?Nick Kaplan and I have termed this the Modern Brand Promise. To serve customers profitably while?growing quickly, brands must solve what I call the eCommerce "Three-Body Problem" -- Sources of Inventory, Selling Channels, and your Systems of Record.?All of these elements must stay synchronized, but also remain low-cost in order for your marketing, selling, and customer service processes to succeed at a high-level. Over the past several months, RMW Commerce worked with?Pipe17 to help understand how to solve this problem through the combination of excellent software and service.?In short, we found solving your Order Operations was the key to the above. Near-perfect execution across all your channels means better service, at lower cost, for higher customer retention, faster inventory turns, and better cash flow. Download the whitepaper below to learn more. BTW -- You will never miss content like this if you are on our e-mail list.?Strong, opinionated content on the future of retail.
