We developed different ERC standards because we believe in the NFT technology and it's potential. It was fun all the experiments with initial NFTs with jpegs. But it's time to go beyond that and understand what can be done with it. Only using ERC-721 is like using a smartphone just to make calls! ??

3D composable NFTs? Yes, that's right. With our ERC standards it was possible to create composable and equippable NFTs, but so far it was limited to 2d images (png, jpeg). But once again we pushed NFTs further and to showcase it we are launching a NFT collection at BOB (Build on Bitcoin) chain. BitBob is a collection of 3D avatars that can be equipped with other 3D NFTs. For now anyone can mint a Enigma Box and later their BitBob will be revealed. This is indeed the future. One day almost everything will be tokenized. With the ERC standards that we developed, that becomes even easier. For example, with Multi-Asset NFTs it's easy to have multiple files in the same NFT, so a tokenized house could have all documents in pdf format, photos, videos, license, etc. And at any moment a new asset can be added, updating the info of the house. Or using our On-Chain Attributes ERC, with a use case for supply chains; the token can represent a product and its attributes can be used to track the state of the product as it transitions from pending, shipped, delivered, etc. Just some examples but there's much more that it can be done with tokenization and our standards.

NFTs can be perceived as scam, as simple jpegs that people gamble on, as a weird culture. It's important to go deeper on the tech and understand NFT beyond it's initial perception. The first concept of NFTs came with ERC-721 which was an amazing breakthrough but has limitations. RMRK saw that and developed new standards that work as building blocks that can be combined and thus increase exponentially the ability to be creative and interact with NFTs in many different ways. Including backwards compatibility with ERC-721. NFTs are digital certificates that live on the blockchain and thus can bring a variety of real world use cases. At RMRK we see the future and the mass adoption in different areas of society. One example, with ERC-7508 - Dynamic Attributes on Chain, we can have a dynamic State Tracking. The attributes can be used to track the state of the token and its owner. This allows for the token to be used in a variety of use cases. One such use case is supply chains; the token can represent a product and its attributes can be used to track the state of the product as it transitions from pending, shipped, delivered, etc.
