This is a dream come true.” - Patricia, our newest Habitat homeowner We were fortunate to celebrate with Patricia, David, and their six children at their Home Dedication earlier this week! When they started in the Homeownership program, the family lived in an overcrowded, three-bedroom apartment without a safe space outside where the children could play. While working through the program, the family moved to one of our Affordable Rentals where they could continue to save for their future. Now that their house is finished, they are excited to purchase it and have space for family gatherings and a backyard for their children! #HabitatforHumanity #Homeownership #AffordableHousing #RVA
