Ronald McDonald House of Eastern North Carolina is an independent, community supported 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides a temporary “home-away-from-home” for families of children who are receiving treatment in our community’s medical facilities. Our Houses offer physical comforts and emotional support designed to promote the well-being of the whole family. This House not only keeps families close when they need each other most, but increases the ability for families to spend more time with their child, interact with their clinical care team and participate in critical medical care decisions. As one of seven Ronald McDonald Houses in North Carolina and one of more than 360 worldwide, we are happy to open our doors to families of pediatric patients receiving treatment in area medical facilities. Patients receive no medical attention or treatments at the House. Ronald McDonald House is nondiscriminatory and non-sectarian.

Swoon! As much of the country suffers through a heat wave, we are woozy with excitement about the ROBERT STERLING CLARK FOUNDATION, INC. ?? Do they have character limits? Do they have hidden questions? Do they require too much work for too small a grant? Do they even have an application? They do not. ?? The fine folks at the Foundation ask only that you submit *any* application you’ve already written, along with existing financial documents. In their words:? “Our approach reflects our desire for your organization to keep the focus on your work…. We consider it our responsibility to learn more about your organization and the possible alignment of our interests. This approach is rooted in a philosophy of trust-based philanthropy.” ?? ??
