Construction is progressing at 184-192 Bedford Ave in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, a 24,000-sf development by L3 Capital. As Project Manager, we have been involved from the early stages, starting with the demolition of five existing buildings in 2022, merging them into a single lot. Construction began in January 2024, and the property is designed for flexibility, allowing for either single or multi-tenant use. Located near the busy Williamsburg L-stop, the project has required careful coordination to manage MTA approvals and DOT permits. This month, we reached a key milestone with the first steel installed, marking the start of full-height interior columns and first-floor framing. Completion is on track for Summer 2025. RLE recently partnered with The Gorge Amphitheatre to develop a new food and beverage plaza in Quincy, WA. This exciting project enhances the concert experience by providing top-notch food and beverage options, perfectly complementing the amphitheatre’s already exceptional offerings. ? One of the most remarkable aspects of this project is the site itself. The amphitheatre boasts breathtaking views of the Columbia River and Columbia Gorge, providing a stunning backdrop for every event and making each concert experience truly unforgettable. ? Did you know? The venue was originally a vineyard and winery before it evolved into the iconic amphitheatre it is today, adding a rich historical layer to its remarkable setting. RLE is excited to see the final touches going in at Carnivore Meat Company’s new headquarters in Green Bay, WI. In partnership with Carnivore Meat Company, RLE managed greenfield construction of this innovative premium raw pet food manufacturing facility. Covering an impressive 235,000 square feet, the new HQ features specialized areas for advanced freeze dry and frozen manufacturing, efficient shipping and receiving, and a contemporary office space. ? As one of the fastest growing premium pet food companies in the U.S., we’re delighted to have contributed to this landmark project and look forward to its impact on the company’s global operations.
