With over 25 years of financial management experience, an MBA in International Finance and Foreign Trade, and an impressive track record scaling company revenue by over 10x, Michael has the perfect blend of industry smarts and real-world experience to lead our expanding team. As CFO, Michael will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, audit and tax, treasury, lender relations, procurement, IT, and M&A functions; ensuring Criticore operates at the highest level of efficiency while remaining laser focused on supporting our partners’ success. Meet Paulo Soares, Senior Service Manager at RK Electric, Inc.! ⚡ Paulo Soares currently leads the Service Department, providing preventive maintenance, emergency response, and repair services for critical infrastructure facilities at RK Electric. Paulo joined the team in 2008 where, he began his journey as part of the engineering team. He spent five years refining his expertise before transitioning into a Project Manager role. Then he made his way up to RK’s services and preventative maintenance teams. Paulo grew up in São Jorge, one of the Azorean islands off the coast of Portugal, moved to Porto in the mainland where he earned his Electrical Engineering degree. He spent several years working in the islands and mainland in various roles such as teacher, electrician, and project engineer, before relocating to the Bay Area, California, in 2007.
