Congratulations to Robert Kellogg, CFA on his promotion to Vice President earlier this year. Robert, who majored in Economics and minored in Business Institutions at Northwestern University, has over a decade of experience in financial services. Earning his CFA charter in 2018, Robert spent three years working in asset management before joining RJM & Company LLC in 2021. ? Robert is an avid sports fan and wrestled for the Wildcats. When he isn’t golfing or supporting the Kansas City Chiefs, he is spending time with his wife Jamie and daughter Autumn Grace, who will turn one this November.

Congratulations to Lihan Su for being promoted to Associate earlier this year. After joining RJM & Company LLC as an Analyst in 2021, Lihan has worked on dozens of transactions in the industrials and materials sectors. Previously, Lihan worked at Everbright Securities. ? Lihan holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Public Finance and Budgeting from Indiana University Bloomington, with minors in Financial Literacy and Math. Outside of work, Lihan enjoys basketball, snowboarding, tennis, and playing the violin.

Congratulations to EGA on its continued growth in the secondary aluminum market, and its first acquisition in the US.?RJM was thrilled to be part of this significant step forward in EGA's global expansion and commitment to reducing global emissions.
We are accelerating our strategic global recycling expansion with the acquisition of a majority stake in Spectro Alloys, a leading US secondary foundry alloy producer. Spectro Alloys has a low-carbon production capacity of approximately 110 thousand tonnes per year of aluminium ingots and is implementing expansion plans in secondary billet. The transaction is expected to close during Q3 2024, subject to obtaining regulatory approvals. In May, EGA acquired European specialty foundry Leichtmetall, and we started building the UAE’s largest aluminium recycling plant late last year. Read more: https://lnkd.in/dtcyjDEN
