RJD Residential is the residential practice of Richard J. Driscoll, Consulting Engineer (RJDCE). RJDCE provides structural and foundation engineering and construction risk management services to a variety of projects and stakeholders. RJD Residential believes that, when necessary, the same caliber of specialty engineering services and professionals should be accessible to homeowners and residential contractors and architects as are available for other other client types. Having access to the experience and capabilities of RJDCE, RJD Residential can provide a depth and breadth of services to residential projects. As a small practice, RJD Residential has the flexibility to work collaboratively with homeowners, their architect or contractor to develop an appropriate scope of services for the project and the client's risk tolerance.
