    Teachers play the most critical role in supporting our students and young people in their growth- as people, and as learners. I am humbled and excited to be a part of a group of Bay Area community non-profit organizations, working in our ecosystem alongside school & system partners, that have come together to collectively better connect aspiring and current educators with resources to support their journey. We are the Bay Area Teacher Pipeline Collaborative, and today, we are launching this referral tool that all can use to refer and connect any aspiring or current educator to identify resources that can benefit them in their journey.     What a year! We'll end 2024 with 400 students enrolled — meaning we're at the halfway point ?? to our next scale milestone of enrolling 800 students by 2027. It didn't happen by accident —?our team has been hard at work building the infrastructure for growth and engaging new partners to find working adults on their own path to economic mobility. Among our many achievements this year, we acquired two nonprofits in Chicago and New Orleans to become a nationwide organization, enrolled over 280 new students across our four regions, launched our Healthcare Pathway with new employer partners, and expanded our Bridge program for recent high school graduates from Los Angeles to the Bay Area. We now have 36 teammates working hand in hand to execute the strategies we know will get us through this next phase of growth and maintain stellar student and graduate results at the core of our vision. Go, team! I've enjoyed sharing tidbits of our work here to engage our supporters, funders, and partners in new ways. It can be easy to stay heads down, but I've found a lot of value in telling our story as we take each step.
