Born in Puerto Rico and spending her early years in foster care, she was adopted and moved to Jacksonville, FL. Driven by her passion for helping others, she earned her Bachelor's from the University of Tampa, followed by two Master's degrees and a PhD in Healthcare Administration. Chiquita’s career as a licensed organ transplant coordinator and social worker reflects her unwavering commitment to service.
