Thank you to the educators, librarian, and administrators for making this event possible, and to the students for their enthusiasm and participation! It’s amazing to see the next generation learning about the power of investing in each other’s futures.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of joining Collett Elementary’s scholars to celebrate #ReadAcrossAmerica ?? As part of the Treasurer-Tax Collector’s financial literacy initiative, Financial Literacy Impact Program (FLIP), Chief Deputy Erica Cervantes read “Investing in Each Other,” a comic book that illustrates the significance of a budget and investing through the lens of Marvel’s Black Panther. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible educators and administration at Collett Elementary for their warm welcome and for allowing us to participate as their guest readers.
