Congratulations to our trial team—Andres Rivero, Jorge A. Mestre, and Daniela Tenjido-Eljaiek—for their victory, which is part of a broader dispute with more than $50 million at stake. Special recognition to Robert Kuntz for successfully arguing the motion to dismiss, which was particularly challenging due to the novelty and complexity of the legal issues involved.
