With our project partners, the Town of Chatham, Weston & Sampson, FLO EV Charging and Eversource Energy, Rivermoor Energy is proud to announce the successful development & opening of Chatham’s first #EVFastCharging + conventional public access EV charging project! Now, locals and visitors to Chatham can visit the Eldredge Parking Lot on 365 Main Street, where all are invited to charge up at a new state-of-the-art, public access parking lot that includes eight new EV chargers – four Level 3 DC fast chargers and four Level 2 chargers. ? Ahead of a busy summer season, this charging project arrives at a crucial time in #EV and #CleanEnergy advancements in Massachusetts and will support local economic development and #environmental sustainability in #Chatham and #CapeCod. The city of Boston is on a mission to meet new climate goals by 2030, and one of the ways the city will accomplish its goals is by adding more electric vehicle charging?stations to the state's major highways and roadways. Announced this week, MassDOT's NEVI program will be executed by Rivermoor Energy and Weston & Sampson as the trusted partners to bring ultra-fast chargers to every 50 miles on Massachusetts' highways.
