Slowly but surely, spring is approaching – which means our annual Spring Fling celebration is getting closer! Join us on Thursday, May 8th, from 5:30-8pm at Glen Foerd. Enjoy cocktails, a light supper, and a delightful roving band, while you mingle with wonderful company and see what could be yours when you enter our raffle! The serene scenery along the Delaware River is the perfect place to spend an evening – and learn more about Robert A. 关于我们
Riverfront North Partnership (formerly Delaware River City Corporation - DRCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit formed by former Congressman Robert Borski. Riverfront North Partnership is responsible for facilitating the implementation of the North Delaware Riverfront Greenway Plan, an initiative to create eleven continuous miles of riverfront greenway along the Delaware River in northeast Philadelphia, complete with trails, parks, green connector streets and trailheads. In addition to constructing the greenway, Riverfront North Partnership runs a variety of events and volunteer endeavors throughout the year along the greenway in an effort to reconnect the Philadelphia community to the river.

There is no doubt that our RNP team is committed to highest and best use of the Delaware Riverfront for Northeast Philadelphia. Congratulations, Chris.
I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Waterfront Edge Design Guidelines Associate from Waterfront Alliance! Thanks also: Riverfront North Partnership for making this investment.

The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is investing in the Frankford Boat Launch! It has awarded a grant to make improvements to the dock, which was damaged during a storm last year. This is part of a broader planning effort with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, led by Riverfront North Partnership, to make sure our communities have safe and welcoming access. We are so glad to receive this support. Stay tuned for more information as this project develops in the summer.

Please join us in welcoming RNP's newest member of the Board of Directors to kick off 2025! Maridarlyn Gonzalez is a Research Officer with The Pew Charitable Trusts Philadelphia research and policy initiative, focusing on immigration, equitable infrastructure, and the annual State of the City report. Gonzalez advocates for equitable development and challenges people to consider cities and their neighborhoods as ecosystems. She holds a bachelor’s degree in geoscience, energy, and policy from the Pennsylvania State University and a master’s in geospatial technology and geodesign from Thomas Jefferson University. Of all her achievements, Mari is most proud of her humble beginnings in the Dominican Republic and those unexpected lessons she learned in her youth in North Philadelphia that drove her resiliency, creativity, and purpose. We're excited to have Mari join us on our mission toward riverfront restoration!

It's great to see RNP Board leadership sharing holiday cheer with our friends at the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation!
Michael Mattioni attended Winterfest at Penn's Landing , another great event held by the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation. He kicked off the season with ice skating, warm drinks and delicious food. Michael caught up with Thomas P. Forkin, Councilman Michael Driscoll, Alan Hoffmann, and Joseph Forkin to support our community. Winterfest was the perfect way to kick start this holiday season! #MyPhillyWaterfront
