Dawn is the Vice President of Marketing and Communication at River City Company, where she leads all marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives aimed at creating a vibrant downtown Chattanooga. Before joining River City Company, Dawn was Chief Development Officer at green|spaces, where she played a key role in launching impactful sustainability programs, expanding the team, and raising over $2.5 million. Her efforts improved energy efficiency for thousands of low-income households and engaged students in STEM and workforce development. Dawn’s background also includes leading volunteer programs and events at Habitat for Humanity, with a focus on community impact. She holds a dual degree in International Business and Marketing from Grand Valley State University.
