It happened. I went from being a well-rounded generalist to being a Rive specialist. After years of being the guy who could jump into any project (2D, 3D, cel, you name it), and being proud that "generalism was my specialty," I'm all in on Rive. I completely abandoned 3d character animation. I haven't opened Cinema 4D, Zbrush, or even Blender in 8 months. Every day new opportunities and ideas spring up in the world of interactive animation, and it's getting the world of motion design reinvigorated. Using Rive app events allows you to craft innovative approaches to product interaction that would be impossible or complicated otherwise. Here, the idea is to provide visual communication in selecting disturbed body parts instead of simply providing a list of muscle parts. So, I can tap a part of the model and update the code to reflect the body part tapped. I can also set the zoom state of the model based on the tapped body part.

I have shared the code for this Quiz made with Rive and the JS Runtime in my Github. The text is dynamic and all the questions, answers, etc are stored in a json file, so you can change the quiz just by changing the json file. https://lnkd.in/dZ_2UifK
