This is an example of a fentanyl dealer acknowledging just how deadly fentanyl can be yet continuing to plan the sale of the fatal drug to a potential future victim without hesitation. This level of indifference, even with the awareness of the drug's lethal potential, shows a blatant disregard for human life. Circumstances like these warrant us to pursue murder charges due to the dealer's actions directly contributing to the fatal outcome with full knowledge of the risks involved.
