At Ritual Wellness ATX we believe that any gender diverse, trans, or non-binary person should be supported in seeking gender affirming care. In support of our trans and non-binary community, we are now offering appointments for Gender Affirming Surgery Assessments. A list of the letters we can provide are Letters for Medical Purposes Surgical Letters Consultation Letters GAHT (HRT) Letters Letters for Non-Medical Purposes Advocacy Letters TSA Carry Letters (TSA Pre-check) Military Clearance/Support Name Change Gender Marker Change Insurance Appeal Letters This service is available for anyone who is 18 years old or older. Anyone in Texas, Colorado, or any PSYPACT approved state can receive a letter. You do not have to be a patient of Ritual Wellness ATX either! We want this to be as accessible as possible. We use an informed consent model meaning that you are respected as the expert on yourself rather than the therapist as the gatekeeper. We are charging $210 for the assessment and the letter writing.
