RIST/AMA LTL Customer Service Supervisors Morgan Key & Oy Baythavong and their teams have implemented a new ticketing system within C2. This ticketing system will greatly enhance our team’s efficiency and organization by providing a centralized platform to manage customer service and pick-up requests. With all tickets stored in one place, our team will be able to easily track, pri-oritize, and resolve issues in a timely manner. The system’s automated features will streamline communication, reduce the risk of errors, and ensure that no request falls through the cracks. By improving visibility and accountability, the ticketing system will allow us to deliver faster, more reliable service to our customers, ultimately enhancing overall satisfaction and driving productivity across the team. Congratulations for successfully getting our customer service and pick-up tickets into the C2 ticket-ing system! We, here at Wadhams Enterprises, Inc., and it’s companies, wish you the happiest of holidays with your loved ones.?It’s a special time of year and we hope you can enjoy it to the fullest! ? It’s a time where we think about family and friends, but others in the community as well.?Our companies and employees participate in many charitable programs, especially at Christmas.?Just to name a few successful events: Out of the Albany, NY area, there was toy drive with our ARG and RIST AMA LTL divisions.?“Thing of My Very Own” is a crisis intervention program for children who are escaping abuse in their home. In the Phelps, NY Corporate Office area there were two involving all of our companies – ARG, ETW, RIST AMA and RIST!?? Food and personal care items drive – The “Hunter Doyle Holiday Food Drive” supports clients and their families in need of outpatient counseling and medication assisted treatment for alcohol and substance abuse disorders as well as health Home Care Managers who can assist with housing, employment, and other coordinated care services to meet multiple health related needs. Holiday card drive – The “Holiday Cards for Nursing Home Residents” program provides thousands of holiday cards created by members of the community each year and distributed to nursing home residents across upstate New York. In the Northford, CT area there was a toy drive with our RIST AMA LTL division.?“Marine Toys for Tots” was founded in 1947 by Major Bill Hendricks?of the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Hendricks' wife, Diane, inspired the program after she asked him to deliver some handcrafted dolls to an agency that helps children in need.?When Hendricks was unable to find such an organization, Diane told him to start one.?Through the gift of a new toy or book, Marine Toys for Tots’ programs deliver joy and sends a message of hope to America’s disadvantaged children. We are proud of our employees as they continually find ways to give back to our communities personally and professionally. ?
