Breaking Barriers, Embracing Adventure For too many families, outdoor adventure comes with limits. A wheelchair often means watching from the sidelines. A disability can mean missing out. A lack of accessibility can mean exclusion rather than inclusion. At?Rising Light Ridge,?we’re changing that. Our?Adaptive Adventure experiences?are designed so that every child, family, and individual—regardless of ability—can experience the thrill of movement, challenge, and triumph. From what we believe is America’s first fully wheelchair-accessible zip line to high and low ropes courses, adaptive climbing, and hiking trails, adventure is no longer just for some—it’s for everyone. But this is about more than adventure.?It’s about breaking barriers, building confidence, and bringing families together.?It’s about?lifting the weight of “no” and replacing it with the freedom of “yes.” Once Rising Light?Ridge is fully realized, our Adaptive Adventure Programming will offer families: ??♂?A?fieldhouse?with indoor courts and climbing walls, offering year-round activity and community. ??Outdoor multisport fields, courts, and archery ranges?to engage every participant, regardless of ability. ??Hiking equipment?to allow?individuals of all abilities to participate in assisted hiking events. ??Riding trails,?designed for exploration, connection, and joy. ??????Wheelchair accessible paddle boards and a wheelchair accessible?kayak launch?for the lake. A mother watching her son with Down syndrome put it best: “Everywhere else, Nolan is told no. But here, he is told yes.” Another mother summed up the heart of it all: “Rising Light Ridge is where the impossible becomes possible.” Here,?families experience joy without limits, friendships without barriers, and Faith, Hope?and Love that extend beyond the campus and into the world.?Because?adventure belongs to everyone.

Rising Light Ridge is not just about the land; it is about the people who will step onto it—the child who will experience adventure for the first time, the weary caregiver who will finally find rest, and the family who will discover hope and healing. The Rising Light Ridge Equine Center offers equine experiences to families and groups at our cozy farm located in Harveys Lake. Enjoy meeting the herd, learning about horses, grooming, and just hanging out with one another at the farm. A New Light is Rising ???? The?Tim Tebow Foundation?is called to serve the Most Vulnerable People around the world by bringing Faith, Hope and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need. To further its mission, TTF is building Rising Light Ridge to create a one-of-one place where people of all abilities and backgrounds can experience belonging, transformation, and the undeniable love of God in a deeply personal and life-changing way. Through faith-driven programs, respite care, outdoor adventures, retreats, summer camps, and disability-adaptive experiences, RLR is breaking down barriers and putting radical love on display for every person who visits the 100-acre ministry campus in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. RLR is committed to serving: ? Children and adolescents through camping and retreat experiences accessible to all abilities ? Individuals of all ages in animal-assisted programming that offers hope and healing ? Parents, caregivers, and family members with much-needed respite and renewal ? Individuals, teams, and groups through inclusive recreation and retreat events At Rising Light Ridge, there are no limits—barriers are removed and opportunities abound. Our heart is to see the lives impacted by RLR carry Faith, Hope, and Love far beyond the campus, creating ripples of transformation in families, communities, and future generations. Right now, we are in Phase 1 of making RLR a reality. When Phase 1 is complete, this ministry campus will serve 5,500 people annually through: ?
