This week, I had the honour of participating and attending the inaugural Rise & Lead Summit 2025 hosted at Amazon UK. Our panel, hosted by Gabriela Gomes and my fellow panelist; Emma OToole, Laurence Mariello, and Virginie VAST explored the evolving role of ERGs in driving change, especially in times of reduced resources. We discussed how ERGs can maintain engagement, advocate for inclusion, and align with business priorities to sustain long-term impact.
