?? Welcoming New Perspectives: Jac’s Journey into Foodservice Design?? Embarking on a new career journey can be both challenging and rewarding, and our new team member, Jaclyn Sanborn (Jac), has some incredible insights to share from her transition into the foodservice design industry. Jac embraces daily progress, collaboration, and learning from colleagues with decades of experience. At Rippe, the culture of support ensures that growth never stops. ? 3?? Our work matters. ?? Working on the healthcare team, Jac’s proud to make a meaningful difference by creating efficient kitchens that directly impact patients and staff. The unexpected career path of foodservice design wasn’t always on her radar but has opened new horizons, and she’s glad she found her place here! “Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better.” – Pat Riley At Rippe Associates, this quote speaks to the heart of our approach to foodservice design. Each project is an opportunity to learn, refine, and elevate—whether it's enhancing kitchen efficiency or improving the dining experience. We believe that innovation doesn't happen overnight; it's built through a constant commitment to better solutions and collaboration. This mindset also extends to personal growth. In our daily lives, striving for improvement in small ways—whether learning new skills, embracing challenges, or seeking feedback—creates a lasting impact. By consistently aiming higher, we build habits that lead to excellence both in our work and in ourselves. #MondayMotivation #KitchensThatWork #RippeAssociates #FoodserviceDesign #ExcellenceInDesign #ContinuousImprovement
