Bloomie’s, the 20,000 SF specialty version of Bloomingdale’s department stores, will open its fourth location in Shrewsbury, N.J., on November 14th, inside The Grove shopping center. Italian baked goods brand Minuto di Bauli has signed a 10-year, 2,970-square-foot lease to open a cafe at the?Gordon Property Group’s?866 Broadway. RIPCO's?Emily Kripitz, who represented Gordon Property Group with?Beth Rosen, said in a statement: “Bauli started as a small artisan bakery and has a storied history that, after 100 years, has grown it into a worldwide company. A new GAP FACTORY STORE is set to open by the end of November at the Lake Success Shopping Center, taking over a 7,750 SF space formerly occupied by Pier 1. This will mark the seventh Gap Factory on Long Island. The retailer joins a lineup of other major national brands including Target, Foot Locker, Northwell GoHealth, Claire’s, Shake Shack, Burlington, Sephora, Macy’s Backstage and more.
