Great to see the Transparency Index 2024 from Connected Impact and data science experts, Ringer Sciences, citing the FTSE Women Leaders Review Report as a key measure in their analysis of ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) disclosures of the FTSE 100 and the top 100 U.S. companies. The Index reviewed over 600,000 company communications over 12 months, delivering the first-ever assessment of transparency gaps between company disclosures and their public communications. In evaluating Social Transparency, it highlights the significant role the FTSE Women Leaders Review has played in advancing women's representation in British business—revolutionising gender balance on Boards and Leadership Teams. It's fascinating to see some of the key UK companies leading the way in gender equality also demonstrating strong alignment between their ESG disclosures and what they communicate publicly.
