We love when all four Rinaldi Consultants, LLC are together in D.C.—and last week was an action-packed week! From celebrating aviation innovation at Joby Aviation’s reception to collaborating with ATCA on their brand, supporting Air Line Pilots Association's Government Affairs Chairs meeting, having breakfast with CSSI, attending a fundraiser for Congressman Jay Obernolte, dinner with WEYTEC and culminating with Paul’s testimony before the T&I Aviation Subcommittee, our team was in nonstop motion. It was a fast-paced, impactful week, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! ???? #AviationLeadership #PolicyInAction

“We are not the gold standard of aviation in the world anymore. We are not even on the podium.” On Tuesday, March 4, Paul Rinaldi testified before the House Transportation and Infrastructure Aviation Subcommittee. They held a hearing on “America Builds: Air Traffic Control System Infrastructure and Staffing”. At the hearing, lawmakers pressed aviation organizations on aging infrastructure, chronic air traffic controller staffing shortages and what they called a broken hiring process. Rinaldi called for stable funding, and highlighted how the Enhanced Air Traffic Collegiate Training Initiative can help bolster controller staffing.

Last week was a busy week for Rinaldi Consultants! From productive meetings with ATCA, the Air Line Pilots Association, and BetterUp to reconnecting with industry friends at the AERO CLUB OF WASHINGTON luncheon, we stayed fully engaged in the conversations shaping the future of aviation. A highlight of the luncheon was hearing Senator Ted Cruz discuss the urgent need to modernize the U.S. air traffic control system. His message was clear: “Changes are needed and needed now.” He called on all stakeholders to play a role in this critical transformation—because ensuring safe, efficient air travel for all Americans is a responsibility we share. At Rinaldi Consultants, LLC, we’re committed to being part of the solution. Let’s keep the conversation going! ?? #Aviation #ATCModernization #RinaldiConsultants
