Exciting progress at the new Smurfit Westrock facility in the LogistiCenter? at Pleasant Prairie! The roof is up, and the concrete slab is currently being poured. We have installed 1,800 lineal feet of rail so far. The 580,000 SF facility will be the only build-to-suit industrial site in Wisconsin with direct rail access when it's complete! Thanks to the project team and our partners at Dermody Properties for keeping this massive project moving forward!
