Pat Sabatino has joined the RIHub Team! Pat is a seasoned entrepreneur, technologist and mentor who was the event Co-Chair for the Newport Investor Summit and has been on RIHub's advisory board since its inception. His background spans almost 4 decades in the data and SaaS space and includes leadership roles at 5 startups, all of which have exited. Pat founded the Rhode Island Coalition of Entrepreneurs, a predecessor to RIHub, and Rhode Island Startup Day which has grown into Rhode Island Startup Week. He is never shy about his long term passion and devotion to our startup ecosystem.

A toast to Beaglepuss, winner of Calamari Tank 2024! Huge thanks to judges Ann-Marie Harrington, Lisa Raiola and Carmen Diaz-Jusino for their hard work judging three great pitches from Beaglepuss, Lilli and Just Breathe. Beaglepuss is Rhode Island's first brewery for nonalcoholic beverages. They make two nonalcoholic craft beers and one nonalcoholic cider. It was founded in December 2022 by Jarad Rogers, Patrick Ramey, and Kevin Barnes.
