Today the Riger team wore pink in recognition of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Riger’s Mary Roper recently shared her story with us: “I put off getting a screening mammogram until well past the recommended age of 40, and then blamed myself when they found something of concern. I underwent a lumpectomy where the surgeon removed tissue about the dimensions of a business card. Luckily, it was benign, and nothing has been detected since.”?
