In addition to HMs in San Francisco, Denver, Austin and Houston, we were able to beat out a dozen brands for the most coveted box in Southern California with the Irvine Company, a flagship at NY Ashkenazy’s San Antonio RiverWalk, and a monster on the best block off the Pier in Santa Monica, CA.
