After 23 remarkable years with Riedman, Timothy P. Foster, CPM?, Senior Vice President, has decided it's time to retire. When Tim joined, Riedman had six employees and one apartment community. Today, thanks to his leadership and dedication, we’ve grown to a team of over 150 and proudly manage more than 4,000 apartment homes across 23 communities in two states. Tim’s influence on our growth and success cannot be overstated, and we are profoundly grateful for the role he’s played in shaping Riedman into what it is today.
