This past month, our very own Kathryn Zeppieri, AVP and Compliance Officer, had the honor of chairing the Foundation's Empower Her Brunch—a meaningful event dedicated to uplifting and inspiring women. Kathryn began her journey with the Hance Family Foundation in 2019 and quickly became an integral part of its mission. She joined the Advisory Board in 2021 and, by 2023, was invited to serve as a Board Member. Now, as an Executive Board Member, she collaborates with fellow leaders to equip girls and women with the tools to build self-esteem—a fundamental life skill. Additionally, she lends her expertise to the Governance and Human Capital Committees, helping guide the Foundation in compliance, risk management, and operational best practices. "The work I do with the Hance Family Foundation gives me a sense of purpose in my community. Knowing that I play even a small role in honoring Emma, Alyson, and Katie by fostering self-esteem and confidence on a global scale means more to me than words can express.
