Last Friday, Ridgemont Hospitality attended CH&LA’s Annual luncheon. We celebrated our COO Dhruv Patel’s incredible year serving as the Chair of the Board of California Hotel & Lodging Association.  we are incredibly proud of Dhruv , for his outstanding leadership and successful term. It was an honor for our team to celebrate this milestone and support Dhruv on this remarkable journey. During his tenure as Chair of the Board, Dhruv brought unwavering dedication, strategic vision, and innovative insights to the challenges facing the hospitality industry. His ability to represent and advocate for the community reflects his deep commitment to elevating and strengthening the position of our industry. In addition to Dhruv stepping off as Chair, the CH&LA event featured the annual Stars of the Industry Award Ceremony, where three exceptional members of the Ridgemont Hospitality team— Jovy Solis, Ria Arias-Yabut, and Martha Henderson —were recognized for their outstanding leadership and dedication. We are incredibly proud of each of them and deeply grateful for their contributions. They exemplify excellence for the entire team and inspire others to achieve higher goals. As Dhruv concludes his term as a Chair, we celebrate his significant achievements and the lasting impact he has made—not only on CH&LA but also on the future of California’s lodging industry.
