Ridgeline started where other companies could not: with a clean sheet of paper and a bold question, “How can technology make this experience better?” We’ve reimagined every core back-, middle-, and front-office function and how they could work together in a single platform to more effectively drive the investment lifecycle.

When Ridgeline makes a commitment, we stick to it! That's how 3 of our executives wound up jumping in Lake Tahoe the other day in the midst of a gnarly snow storm. ?? They'd promised Ridgeline employees that if we hit our ambitious goals, they'd go for a mid-winter swim. The team delivered, and so did they. When it comes to doing hard things on behalf of our customers and the investment management industry, we say "Brrrr-ing it on!" ??

Did you know that today is International Women in Science Day? Two of Ridgeline's engineers, Rachel G. and Geena Lee have been partnering with Tahoe NV AAUW for the past two years to foster a love of computer science in the youth of our Lake Tahoe community. Now in its third year, the program brings together Ridgeline computer engineers with local middle school students —most of whom have no prior programming experience—to learn coding and robotics. "We hope this springboards them into their next step - whether that's joining the robotics program, signing up for math club, or building their readiness for high school STEM activities," says Rachel. "Seeing students, especially girls, light up when they realize what they can create with code is truly awesome. It’s proof that exposure and encouragement matter."
