Once those core requirements are delineated, there's going to be a lot of turmoil when the AI establishments come clean and say that contriving data to train their models will not meet these requirements. RCG, Inc is hiring!! We are seeking applicants to provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) services for our various customers. Desired: Part-Time current/qualified 5th Gen pilots serving within AFRC as a TR or ANG as a DSG who are graduates of the USAFWS. Required: Previous (retired or separated) 5th Gen pilots RCG, Inc provides SME and Cognitive Systems Engineering (CSE) services to several customers who are prime contractors performing on cutting edge, multi-domain government contracts. RCG, Inc SMEs conduct the majority of their work remotely but will travel to the customer to provide SME services in-person in classified facilities as required. In this role, RCG SMEs engage with the customer and assist them in understanding the "why" before the "what" or the "how". The majority of large, prime contractors are packed with incredibly intelligent and capable engineers and business development personnel. However, their personnel lack the pedigree, understanding, proficiency regarding the true Functional Warfighter Requirements. As an RCG, Inc SME, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the creation of cutting edge, innovative warfighter capabilities.

We're proud to have been selected as a major sub-contractor to Raytheon Technologies (RTX, Inc) as they lead the way on the forefront of development within Autonomous Systems toward the advent of Collaborative Combat Aircraft. RCG, Inc is a "Triad" of capabilities: Full-Stack Software Engineering, Cognitive Systems Engineering (CSE), and Subject Matter Expertise (SME). As the Prime Contractor, RTX is engaging both CSE and SME services from RCG. We're extremely excited to be contributing to lead the way in providing real combat capability to today and tomorrow's Warfighter!

Great news regarding SPEAR's use within the 6 WPS during WIC 24B! Not only does SPEAR continue to successfully ingest every form of warfighter focused, decision-enabling, multi-domain data into its Common Data Model, significant improvements even beyond standard Nellis AFB / NTTR data are also possible. While the USAFWS traditionally uses mIRC as its bedrock for C2 communication, ChatSurfer can also be ingested within SPEAR. This signifies SPEAR as not only critical for exercise and training instantiations, but a paradigm shift in capability for real-world, multi-domain operations. To top all of this, the 95 FS has been training at Nellis AFB with the 6 WPS due to Hurricane Milton. Even more USAF F-35 squadrons are gaining exposure and learning what SPEAR can do to dramatically improve their TTPs!
