On Monday we had our all-staff Development Day, where we come together to talk about where we've been, where we're going, and most importantly - how we're going to get there. Included in this day is our quarterly celebration, where we recognize those who are doing great things at the bank. We also welcome new additions to the team, having them add their print to our family tree. October is a special celebration because we recognize special anniversaries. We celebrated some 5,10, 15, and 20 years and one 25 year anniversary. CEO Chad Hoffman celebrated his 30 year, so naturally his gift was a whole box of LEGO sets. Congrats to: -The Logan County team for earning the Root Award for having the best customer survey scores along with meeting their growth goals. -Beth Wilson for winning the You Rock Award for going above and beyond for her team. -Heaven Jordan for winning the Joy Lea Award for her positive attitude and for bringing the joy to work each day.
